Guys,

I have brought a flat bottom steering wheel for my S3, Without the airbag, and am just about to buy the airbag and cover, is this all i need?

any help is appreciated .

Yes if you have mfsw before fitting the new one you should be ok!

If i was you i would get an airbag as it could save your life, pretty sure its worth the few hundred.
