OEM Audi iPod dock not working

Hi all

I've got a factory installed iPod dock in my A3 glovebox which suddenly stopped working yesterday (won't charge iPod and symphony headunit won't allow iPod to be selected anymore). I've tried resetting iPod and also tried a different iPod, so I'm pretty sure the problem is with the dock. Any ideas?? Can the dock/symphony be reset??

Check the connections at rear of dock & radio to make sure nothings come loose as such, shouldnt of tbh as its all fairly well clipped in, but hey cant harm to check.

Checked all connections behind glovebox and head unit, all seem ok but still cant get it to work, any ideas???
