Wishbone bushes failed, replacement TT bush

Basically after me girlfriend smashing a curb and bending the tie rod, I went to get the tracking done, and guess what another thing to shell out for, the wishbone bushes have failed, I'm not ***** about spending loads so powerflex is a no go,
But I have read that the tt rear front wishbone fits and is more solid than the standard a3 ones? Is this true?

I've looked at tt ones, there different ones,
Can anyone help, eurocarparts want £40 each front axle rear bush
Surely you can get them cheaper?

You can get them for about half that on ebay but they won't be OEM spec. They will never be pence though as you hvae to replace the whole bush+mount (usually). Double check you have a L and a R as I was sold a pair of 2 Ls once and they look very similar at first.

Don't they just sell the bush on its own?
Seems silly that the mount gets changed aswell

Possibly but it's an additional ballache to cut the old one out and press a new one in.
