Slightly broken seat.

Hi all.
Slightly broke my drivers seat today, I jumped in a bit too fast/hard and something went pop and is now sagging.

Its the slidey bit on the front (leg length adjustment??)
Is there anyway to remove this bit without taking the seat out?..

Yes mate , if you reach under the leg bolster you'll find to large R shaped spring clips that secure the metal rods in place . Theyre quite hard to move but will shipt with a bit of persuasion . Remove the clips and then the leg bolster will slide out .
