I am currently looking for a nice set of Summer rims and have seen a few. My question is can i fit staggered rims on a Quattro or will it scuff tyres like mad on cornering?

This is an example from an ad:-

BBS rs717 et40 18x8.5s 5x114 with Continental sportcontact 2 tyre 215,40,18s
BBS rs718 et45 18x10s 5x114 with Continental sportcontact 3 tyre 245,35,18s

comes with H&R 20mm 5x100 to 5x114 adapters

Think I would prefer 19s but will be price/style dependant

Thanks

Well the rolling radius's are very slight different, but not alot at all. It won't do any harm to the haldex, but it could potentially make the abs, traction control play up

Anyone else running staggered wheels.
Wondering if its a good idea to run staggered.
Any handling issues?

I'm running 8/9j x18's bbs lm et 35 with 20mm hub centric spacers on the back.

i think they look great and no real difference to the handling

Can you post a picture up.

I was thinking the same size wheels but with the pcd adapter change to 5x112
