A3 rear bumper removal/tweaking how?

My mates wife manged to catch the drivers side of the rear bumper of their A3 on the outside tap by the driveway last night.

Got away with just a bit of a scuff but the bumper on that side has been pulled back about 1/2", so does not fit flush with the rest of the bodywork.

Any idea how to get to the bumper mounting points to either give it a tweak or remove and refit?
