what are the best con rods too get. I hear integrated engineering are the best?

I run brute i-beams and they're fine, tuffty runs these too.

Whatever you go for, make sure they're rifle drilled.

Bill sells IE rods both rifle drilled and non. Get Rifle drilled though. About £470 ish IIRC
