New to the forum, could someone help me out with some questions i have......

whats 8P AND 8L mean? i have no idea lol

also im thinking of getting some different alloys, my question is will all Audi wheels fit eachover?
i understand that some wheels may be to big for the arches and so on but in general the stud fitment?

and finally, a rough idea, how much some 40mm springs would cost me? my alloys are 18" and i think theres to much
gap lol.

i have a 57 plate A3 2.0T S-line.

8P is the current A3 chassis which you have.
8L is the model before

Audi A3 8L

Audi A3 8P1

Audi A3 8P2

Audi A3 8P3

For costs on springs have a look at the sponsors on the mainpage on the forum, there websites all lists prices for your model.

From the low end of the scale a set of springs brand new cost between 70-180

Please also look in the main subsection of the 8P forum for wheel fitments and specs you could try, standard stud pattern is 5x112
Offset (ET) on standard 18" wheels is 54 across the board.
