Outside Temp Sensor

Hi Guys,

Over the last couple of days the outside temperature on my 2004 Audi A4 2.0TDi has been showing between -20c and -5c

I know its cold outside but not quite that bad!

Does anyone know where the sensor is located as I want to check its not just loose wires before I replace the part. Was working fine before the weekend.
