EGT/MAF resistance?

Hi all, EGT's are coming up on diagnostics and the cars running a but rough on idle which i suspect to be the MAF. Does anyone know the resistance for the egt and maf pins? (B5 S4)

Pull the MAF plug, the ecu should default to baseline tables. If it runs better then it's def at fault.

EGT doesnt really have a resistance, its an active device which sends back a PWM signal.

Similarly the MAF gives out a voltage corresponding with the airflow.
