Cruise control

The A3 S-Line that I test drove last week said it had cruise control in the advert but I couldn't work out where it was. Should it be a small stalk under the indicator stalk. If so it didn't have cruise control. Not that fussed if it doesn't - or should I be?!?

Dealer may made a mistake. Same as my when I read the advert,it says it has got cruise control but when I bough the car it didnt have it. I forgot to check when I bough as I was too excited,only realised my mistake after I got it. If the car has got cruise control,it should be on the left under the steering wheel...it should look like indicator stalk )

Yes - it's a small stalk under the indicator stalk.

You don't say what year it is and I'm presuming the CC system is still the same as it always was but if the advert and blurb says CC you should ask them where it is !

If you're interested in buying then insist CC is fitted as per the advert.

Hi mate, if it does not have cruise, insist they give you the money to get it done, and if so, then I can install for you using genuine brand new parts if your in or around London.

No it definately didn't have the stalk. It's a 2008 08 reg.
