S3 Multi Function Steering Wheel

Hello all my name is Anthony and i am new to the forum. I am sorry if what i am asking is in another thread but i have searched the forum and i cant seem to find anything. I have an audi s3 8l and i have bought a multi function steering wheel for it. It isnt anything fancy it is just an a3 8l item. It is like this but with extra switches at the top.

What am wanting to know is do i now need a new clock spring and airbag harness to make it work. I have looked at a few threads on here but they are for the newer more modern steering wheels. Please help

You say it has extra switches at the top but mine is the same as that (no more switches). Dont know what you need to fit it as mine was an option fitted as new apparently and was already on the car when I got it.
