S3 drivetrain problem

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can help me,
pulled on to my driveway tonight and got a problem with my car,
when the cars in gear and go to drive it theres a loud grinding noise seems to be on the passenger front,
drive through all gears same noise, when cars moving put into neutral and soind goes,
in neutral on drive way, rev engine and the car has a slight move forward,
doesnt do the noise in reverse,

Does it sound like just a low gearbox oil? Or is it clutch? Bearings?
