Air Con Delay before becoming cool - Fault Code attached?

Hi Guys,

Just noticed over the last few days that the Air Con takes about 10 min before it finally comes on and blows Freezing, car is a 2009 TDI BE with it in Auto mode (Temp on Low) and AC turned on with Recirc on Auto, it doesn't sound to me that its a lack of pressure as it does eventually come on and is freezing when it works.

Not sure if the below code is something to do with this or because of the RNSE Retrofit.

Any help Greatly appreciated!

Those 2 fault codes seem to be alternator/battery related, I'm sure someone will correct me if incorrect.
