s3 bam flat battery worry

just a quick 1, my audi has been sat for about 6 weeks, as i didnt renew the tax as i have a company car. I have gone to it week by week and started it leaving it to tick over till its warmed up abit then turned it back off again to clear the cobwebs. My worry now is when i went to it last week, it had gone flat and didnt start, (it had been starting to turn over slower and slower)

is it going to start ok now off jump leads then a recharge battery? Or will something of reset on it as ive had it with previous cars

but id charge the batt proply with a charger

The S3 uses a lot of juice from the battery, just tickover hardly charges it, it needs driving to be honest. Ad to the fact that everytime you start the car, the coolant motor thing goes off for 5 minutes or so after the engine is turned off, which drains it too.
