Hey just wondered if anybody had changing the clocks and interior buttons etc to an other colour instead of red cheers

Clocks use surface mounted LED's so you would need to desolder them and solder on new ones... there was a thread on here from someone that did it... use the search to see if you can find it but expect to trawl through a few pages and/or refine your search words a few times before you find it... also use google as I think this has been done on Golfs...

Thank you tuffty:yum: just I work nights and no 3G or Internet at work so takes ages to load Internet took about 15 minutes to write the ****** post lol normaly would search google etc, but the mrs sent a text "hoy a want blue dash lights .....do it" so thought I would post it up and ready any replys when I got home

If you wanted a blue dash you should have bought a Golf LOL...

Going to be trying this on the clocks, will be ordering some SMT LED's soon
Luckily i have a spare clock at home to practice soldering... (No experience what so ever)

Soldering is pretty easy, just don't go mad with the solder - You don't need shed loads to get a good bond.
