Thread update emails showing formatting code

It appears I am getting intermittant emails with formatting code within, which isnt supposed to happen, example shown below, it should just show what the actual poster has written, not the colour, font etc they used.

Anyone else getting these?

Email alerts, by this you mean email updates of new threads, updates to threads, then yes as always have been.

The code in the emails shown above is formmatting code that shouldnt be displayed in the emails, that code is just for the webpage to decipher not within the emails & its not all emails, it makes its own mind up which ones it is sending with this basic code displayed.

No it shouldn't be doing that,I assumed the member had changed the font and colour.
Admin will have to sort that for you.

Can this be fixed now, its been going on for a while now, still getting PM's with code in, it makes reading some pm's almost impossible.

I've reported it directly to the powers that be & its still not resolved.

Some emails are almost impossible to read with all the code.

These are caused by people cutting and pasting from a screen, the last one listed was a duplicate of another post.

This has been going on from peoples new posts that have no cut/paste data used, just people typing text, as I have checked this myself.

This never used to happen & people used to copy/paste before, so why are emails now showing formatting code?

Yes mate, its purely on emails each member gets when someone posts a new thread or a thread update, not through the site lol.
