Hi mate,
There's an OEM Sportback one here >Audi Accessories < Owners area < Audi UK. I'm not sure if there's a 3dr variety, but you can ask them.
Then there's Generic or Custom fit non-Audi - it really depends on how much you want to spend.

The key is to look for A3, not S3.

How much you want to spend as specialised covers do fantastic covers for cars, pricey but well made.

Yea don't mind spending a couple of hundred on one because I've got a bushy hedge next to the car which tends to make the cars go mouldy,
I'm more concerned about jealous people throwing things at it because it under a cover.

I'd be a bit worried about the paintwork but then again, being exposed to bushes, tree sap, air contaminants and any scrotes that happen to pass by is just as bad. A breathable, UV-resistant cover should be ok and hopefully reduces the risk of damaging the finish.
On the "jealous people" point, well...having a smart car sometimes attracts the wrong attention. Having something under a cover probably attracts the wrong attention too, out of malign curiosity if nothing else. It's probably risk neutral, in that if some git wants to have a go at your car, they'll do it whether it's covered or not.
