Strange turbo noise?

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, sorry if it has but when the car is on boost and between 3-5krpm WOT the turbo makes a flutter sound kind of like the flutter people get when they let off the throttle but this is a continuing noise when on boost, I've got a neu-speed induction kit and APR stage 1. It's a 2010 S3 DSG

Cheers mate! When I looked into it a few weeks back I'm sure I read it was normal then when I looked before all I could find was the flutter noise people where getting when letting off the throttle. Nothing about it when on boost.
