Knocking at idle when cold?

Hi guys,

ive recently noticed my engine making a kinda of knocking noise (its not the ticking) when its not under load so either coasting or idle, when after about 5-10 mins of driving once its up to 90 on the temp it goes, any ideas what this could be?

111k miles, i have had issues with oil pressure, and do get quite a bit of condensation in the catch can?

Where is the noise coming from? Bottom, middle, top?

sounds like top, when i remove the oil cap can hear it louder
