Hi All,
I'm trying to track down some information on when/if Audi improved the transmissions used with the 2.5 TDI allroads.
I have read the Technical Bulletin 32 05.02 which says that "Vehicles after VIN 4B_4N024000 are fitted with an improved torque converter." However that bulletin applies to "A6, allroad w/ 2.7T (Eng code Oct. 25, 2005 APB, BEL & Automatic Trans.)"
Does anyone know if this update applies to the diesel as well? Are the transmissions used with the diesels more reliable? There seems to be more posts with people having transmission problems with the 2.7T petrol.
Thanks for any info!
