Whine from 3ish thou rpm

Well it seems the noise in mine is spreading somewhat I can now hear it at very low revs and very little boost booked into garage next week so hopefully will get an answer.

I have a similar problem where under load i get a high pitch noise but when foot off acceleration there is no noise.

What was the result from the garage if you remember? I would like to get mine sorted!

That it's turbo related and nothing to worry about. So I've followed that advice and nothing has got worse :thumbsup:

No solution to get rid of noise? Puts me off driving with windows down!

Other than refurb/replace. I have to listen to hear mine. If really loud get it checked.
