If seen a few examples of this kind of thing being driven - loads of oddly placed stickers, LED's.etc
From looking at the drivers, I can only come to the conclusion that they have some-kind of borderline mental disability.
Sounds harsh, but what would posess you to make you want to do something like that.

used to be a white thing in Newcastle, had long black tribal dragons the length of each side and several other stickers, one of which was big letters across the back window saying "race track babey" or such like - the typo on the word "baby" (not the hardest word in the world, i think) really added that certain je ne sais quoi.
