Hi all, my names john, I've just bought myself a red 2005 A4 Avant 140, my first Audi,

bought it with a broken arm rest lock/catch and one rear numberplate light not working, already seen the
thread from t8ups about replacement number plate bulbs. not searched about the armrest yet, is it a case of buying a whole new unit
or can the catch be fitted on its own?

New lid will fix that if its not keeping the lid shut when lifted, if you mean the ratchet part, well usually this is worn internals & whole unit replaced.

hi, yes it is the catch has broken so when I lift it up it just flops the top bit open into the back of the car is it an easy fix?

also I don't know if im not looking in the right place I cant find the A4 FAQ's? HELP!?!
