Cutting out/Stalling

Hey guys,
My 1.8t a3 sometimes stalls or cuts out on me when i come to a stop or dip the clutch, its as if the revs are dropping too quick. I have recently fitted a dump valve (which is comming off soon, ****** annoying!!) but this happened a few times before i fitted it!
Ive had it checked out and found a fault with the wastegate release valve (I think thats what he said!)

id put my money on the crank sensor..... i had exactly the same, vag it first though

just had same problem with my s3, was the MAF

I was going to say it is maf u could also check by removing the connector

yup agreed,unplug and see if it still does it..... although i dont recall the MAF causing such drastic problems
