3 way bleed valve

If your going to used one get a 2 port mbc of eBay about 15.99 mate I use one and get 12psi all day happily on my agu
It works lol nah the difference is a bleed valve just bleeds air off where as a mbc uses a ball and spring to stop pressure to the actuator until there's enought pressure to overcome the pressure you have the spring adjusted too hope this helps I've tried both mbc is much better
