My s3 doesnt have a aux point, it has 6 disc changer in the glovebox. Obviously i have my 2 SD slots behind the satnav can you play music off a SD card in any of those slots?

Yes, both of them. Depending on the model you can use either 4 gb sd cards or 32 gb sdhc.
The Mk 1 model with a CD/TV button takes the smaller cards and the one with a MEDIA button takes the others. They must be recorded as Mp3s.
