2.0 tdi bkd engine dreaded timing belt tensioner bolt snapped

hi just had my timing belt done audi a3 2.0 tdi BKD engine code i followed all torque setting and after 2 weeks the tensioner bolt snapped while driving anyone come across this with there car if so what was the out come of damage to your engine
