Hi recently on a morning when I first start my car upon setting off
the rear wheels are getting very jerky uneven power and is shaking the rear
side to side. However after 30 secs- 1 min of steady warm up driving it's back as it should be.
i have always kept up with haldex, filter changes and have had my rear diff oil replaced 20k ago.
if anyone had any suggestions please help.
anyone had this before? It has never just gone fwd nor does it scrub or make a noise on full lock
at low speeds.
Thanks ben.
car is a 1999 model dbw but no esp/traction control :)

Do you have access to vcds/vagcom..? A fault code scan might flag an issue up?

Hi yes I have a local garage with vagcom I have a basic reader but nothing comes up I'm away till next Thursday so can't really get it checked out yet.
Will be my next port of call I think damn car haha.
Thanks for the reply

You can also run the pump up with it and operate the controller using the output tests in vcds, oil and filter are due every 20k so probably due a change.

Great thanks for that I shall ask my mechanic to perform a test for me whilst using vagcom.
makes me want to shell out for vagcom although I would probably end up changing values n the car not start hahaha
