vcds - manchester/ashton under lyne area?

Just wondering if there is anyone local to me who could possibly do a vcds scan and reset on my Audi a3 2.0fsi 53 plate. The battery has run flat and I am having problems with power steering failure. I get 3 beeps and red steering wheel on start up. When driven for a few miles it clears and steering comes back. I have been advised that it could just need a scan and reset to rectify.

It should clear & not come back tbh if battery was flat, has the battery been checked & swapped out for new as yet.

Yes I've changed the battery and still the same

Then its had a fit & just needs recalibrating & errors cleared.
