uprated brake hoses for 2006 S3?

Hi all in anticipation of doing a couple of trackdays Im keen to do a fluid flush and uprated brake hoses. Can anyone recommend a set?

Also is the S3 banjo or female ends on the fronts?

for anyone interested I went for these:

AUDI S3 Quattro (8P1) (Female fronts) 2006- BLACK DIAMOND Brake Hoses DHK607 | eBay

fitted today and found them not quite brilliant. few things:

- I had to file flats on the fronts to get the fitting to push into the little holders
- I had to file round the edges of the fronts to get them to fit into the holders
- the rears dont have a groove for the clips to slide into so they are just held by friction. should never move but thats not the point.

no idea if the goodridges etc are any better but there you go.
