Vacuum problem!

Ok been having lots of running problems with my a3 1.8t the n249 bypass was a bodge I have an issue with this as the 2 nipples on the underside if the inlet have snapped off is there anyway of changing them?

They are pressed in... tbh the cheapest bet is to get a replacement inlet mani from eBay...
