Bucket seats S3

Just a question to see if anyone knows if there is a way to sort this problem.
Im guessing that there isnt a fault with my car, and that when you let people in the back by folding the front seat, it doesnt slide forward, you have to reach down and slide it manually. Is there anyway to sort this so it folds and slides at the same time, its a bit of a nightmare getting people in and out.

Hi I have a few questions as i am looking at a n s3 with and without buckets.

Do the standard seats move forward when getting people into the back?

How much hassle is it moving the buckets forward? As have 2 kids. Want 3 door. We have an other family car.

And finally how good are they? I will be coming from an imprezza so used to buckets.

Kids feet on seat backs not wise move & tbh they can become a pita to go back/forth, I've owned s3, rs4 & s5's & s5's are better overall but electric so take short while to move forward aswell
