Salutations

I joined this site last July, looking for a B5 1.,8T - now I own a 2.7L S4. Not sure what happened along the way.
I thought I'd come and show off my new pride & joy.
My brother came over last weekend and helped me spend 4 hours washing, polishing and waxing her.

Brothers stupid grin says it was a success.

Plans are to lower it, get a toyosport (eBay special!) exhaust on, perhaps tint and then take it for a trip down MRC way.
Think I've read through this entire B5 section a few times now, thanks for the info. :s4addict:

Thank you.
I realised I had none, so went out and took some, sorry for the dark.

Nice car. Wouldn't be bothered about lowering it - like the stock look.

The seats can be refreshed if you treat them with a steam cleaner. Use a capful of 1001 upholstery cleaner with warm water. Sponge on and work into the stains. Don't soak them though. Use the steam cleaner, then leave the windows down to dry it thoroughly. A windy day is best.

To keep the seats looking good - try 3M Scotchgard.

Thank you both.
Thanks for the seat info, I washed & waxed the outside last weekend and plan to do a full interior clean this weekend. Not sure where I'm going to get a steam cleaner mind.

Nice car.. I've also just acquired a nice nogaro blue S4 with the black and blue suede interior...
So there may be a kingfisher blue A4 b5 1.8t FWD AEB for sale

Looks like a nice example, good colour, and interior combo. personally I'd remove the s4 badges on the wings as they don't look right, but you may like them, in which case leave them there!

Welcome to the S4 crew, you'll love it. Yours looks a nice example.

Nice, I saw that for sale when I was going through my RS4/S4 phase on the weekend.

I've not gone to a weekly RS4 browse, but I am looking at S4's weekly at the moment. I can't afford one, but I won't stop looking! haha

I was seriously contemplating an RS4 but the insurance and SWMBO put a stop to it in the end.

Ive been told to thin my car collection down by SWMBO....
the E30 has been sold the 7 seater sharan is on its way out the door to its new owner.
Once the 330d has the engine changed its away as well.
after that its just the A4 quattro and the old 2002 that will survive the chop
the A4 is my daily and well the 2002 will be tax exempt this April thanks to the new rules so that's whats saved that.
I just need to clear my own drive so I can dig it out my mates barn and get it home.
then the fun will begin..
