steering wheel help plleeeaaassseeee?????????????

can any of you fine people help i know its been covered many times but i seem to have problems with the mfsw i fitted, the volume controls work but i cant use the skip roller on the left side of the wheel, i fitted a 2006 mfsw wheel airbag 12pin loom stalks with dis and cruise and swcm Q rev, i have tried many different codes but no joy the cruise and dis work fine just the left roller on the wheel,
i am pulling my hair out now has anyone got any codes i could try???????????

Maybe you've bought a bad steering wheel if you have tried all the codes mate.
I hope not and you've just missed something simple though.
