Rear brake light bulbs?

Afternoon all,

I need to replace my rear brake bulbs, but want to use LED bulbs. I don't want to order the wrong thing, so can anyone advise me, as this is a slight minefield for me.

They are not CANBUS and will throw up errors due to incorrect watts. They will flash like a strobe!! Make sure you buy ones with the proper resistance.

Look for CANBUS or error free versions. Make sure you get the right type, 380(dual filament type) or 382(single filament). My facelift 8L takes 380 style. Although LEDs dont have filaments the bayonet pin layouts are different.

I would like to, but from what I've seen, he's rather expensive. I've ordered those bulbs so shall see how they go. I guess having one trusted source would be good though.
