MAF fault with new Bosch MAF

Hello people.

i have a audi S3 from year 1999.
i have this fault 16487 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too high
P0103 - 35-10 --- Intermittent
Car smelled gasoline and Mass Flow g/s are too low.
i bought a new bosch MAF and fasoline smell disappeared, air flow is good but car remains slow,
fault 16487 remains.
With maf disconnected the car is ok.

Have you cleared the faults maf gs is 200 /8 = 250 bhp.

What makes you think its faulty?

I assume your car is mapped? 200 odd gs suggests it is as does the requested boost... MAF too high faults are normally the result of the airflow exceeding values in the table KFMLDMX... this is the table with diagnostic limits for airflow and is normally lifted a little and tuned cars although I have only seen this personally on big turbo tunes...

If your car has extra mods to aid airflow (I don't know the spec of your car) then this could be part of the reason why this limit is being reached..

Yes, i clear faults several times.
the car is too slow dont have 250bhp

People i already see all intake system.
The maf connector is ok.
but the car still runs faster with maf unplugged.
With maf plugged the injection time is always above 20ms.

Change the Bosch MAF for a genuine Audi MAF.

I know but after reading various articles online, the Audi MAFs are the best and most aftermarket ones still provide false/incorrect readings.

the readings in all logs the g/s are ok,
i will try with other maf

i have news.
I miss a Pipe, the pipe from intake manifol to PCV has a big hole hole.

air leaks?
injested airflow looks kinda normal, but if you are down on power, I would be smoke testing it looking for leaks
