I ordered my S3 on February 11th from Lincoln Audi (JCT600) and yesterday they gave me the good news that the scheduled build had been brought forward a week. So counting the days to May 1st!
Lincoln Audi let me have their demo S-tronic SP for a morning and like many others on this forum I was very impressed and placed an order:

Have to say my test drive was great as I decided to head off to the deserted roads around RAF Scampton (just a few miles north of Lincoln), the home of the Red Arrows, and the synchro pair were practicing just a few feet above the car. A perfect match great car and the best aerobatic team in the world!
The guys at Lincoln Audi have been great so far.
Prior to making the decision I tested the following: BMW 428i Auto, VW GTI DSG (with and without Performance Pack), Porsche Cayman S PDK (have owned Porsches in the past) and the S3 was by far the best all round car.
My great racing driver friend: Rob Bell (Works Aston Martin, Works McLaren and SRT Viper (US)) totally approved describing the new S3 as Gorgeous!
