nology plugs

Just thought id share this i have a 2007 audi s3 Apr stage 2+, Now.....For anyone thinking about the nonolgy spark plugs don't even think about it... I had mine fitted due to the tuner saying they had, good feedback etc so i thought why not. They had done 500 miles from which i started too get a misfire on boost.... being me i was thinking the worst! it could be rings, turbo, fuel etc...

i took the spark plugs out to check what they were like which i found this....

I placed it next to the other spark plug so you could see the difference where the tip has gone... where I'm not sure.

i have now put some stock plugs is (spoke to s3alex) and its been perfect.

Hell, that's a huge gap for the spark no wonder it drove the way it did

You've been lucky the tip has gone out the exhaust rather than embedding in your piston.
I did think of these plugs once but stuck with my iridiums instead.
Only because they were cheaper than oem

I heard they were the Dogz Danglies of the spark plug world..........obviously not going by your experience.

Lucky escape there mate. I had a dodgy Bosch plug 4 weeks ago where the anode (the hook part) had completely gone! It wrecked the valves and piston on cylinder 4. Car dead.
