Loud noise from the fan?

Hey guys,

My audi makes strange noise, as soon i drive above 40 km/h I hear "Whooo" noise from the front end something like a fan or something. And it getting louder as I drive faster.

Does someone have a idea what it could be?

Is if your turbo kicking in at high revs?

No, I hear the noise at low rpm. It's like "it" activates as soon I drive above 40 km/h than I hear the weird noise.
