Cabriolet radio and sat nav no working

Hello guys I just new to this my a4 cabriolet radio and sat nav are stopped working any ideas please cheers Ed.

Well known issue with the cab - usually it's caused by the lead to the aerials (which are on the bootlid) flexing enough to break one or more of the connections.

With the bootlid open and the radio on try wiggling the cable and seeing if it makes the radio come & go, if it does then that's your problem.

but a bit more info would be good
does it turn on etc or is it just the sound thats gone ?

No sat nav at all and I can see the stations but none sound

Have you tried an audio CD.

Yes and it works with cd

So I would say it's definitely the antenna connections.
