Hello, ive purchased an A3 which only came with one fob which only unlocks the car and starts the car. This fob when i try to lock the car will only lock the drivers door and leave the passenger door and boot unlocked! The only way i can lock the car fully is to press the lock button on the inside of the drivers car door and shut the door. I have had a new fob key cut and programmed to start the car but the key man couldn't code it to unlock the car with the fob buttons! this is exactly the same as my original fob it will start the car and unlock it with the key in the door but not lock the car fully. Ive just changed the central locking control module located in the boot to see if anything changed and its not worked! Does anybody know anything about this? or what i should try next? any help would be much appreciated thanks!
