Have you tried Audi or TPS? if there is no dealer close by you then have a work with Stoke Audi who have a forum in the sponsors section...
Forge does a set of silicon ones for the S3 but not seen any for the A3 (assuming you have a facelift AUM A3 as this pipe isn't on earlier AGU's)
You could also consider doing a PCV delete and bin off off all the pipes under the inlet
