Question on side mirrors

Hi all,

Today I have the mirror changed at the dealer on the passenger side of the car. I hit a parked car and the mirror broke and detached.

Now I noticed that when the new mirror is regulated to the maximum aperture on the x-axis I still see the back of the car. I suspect there is something still jammed or bad repaired.

Can someone check for me if with the mirror at its full aperture you still se the back of the car?

Certainly mine moves far enough so that the side of the car cant be seen.

Steeve, many thanks for your kindness. So I remember correctly and they made a bad work. Audi assistance in my country is really shoddy.
