Few problems on first s3

Hi guys
new to the forum
I just brought my first s3, but there are a few problems I hope are easily fixable
I'm hoping they stem from the tracking being out

first is is the front suspension is creeking when I turn the wheel which sounds like it's coming from the top mounts.
secons is the ESP light being permanently on.

The he car is lowered on coil overs but I'm not sure what make. Could all these problems stem from the tracking?

Could be the front ARB bushes, they have a plastic casing around the bar between the bush which is prone to cracking and causing the creak.
The ESP light could be a number of things, best thing to do is get it scanned for fault codes. could be something as silly as the MAF is unplugged. When my MAF went it only threw up the ESP light and not the ABS light as well.

For the ESP - odd tyre depth can make the traction control play up. Are your tyres all fairly even in depth?
