Chaps/non-chaps,

what would the best route to go for lowering? I'm probably answering my own question here, but it's no doubt coilovers, right?

I'm not entirely sure on how low to go exactly. Not a big fan of arch gap, but at the same time I don't want to have to avoid roads that aren't 100% flat, due to getting to work in the mornings. Do any of you know how low you have to go to eliminate the arch gap (or have minimal arch gap)?

The lowest i've seen the springs go for the Quattro is 25mm? whereas coilovers go to 65mm iirc...

brains not functioning 100% right now so apologies if this doesn't make sense completely.

How low are you wanting to go?

Damian @ DPM Performance

Just low enough to get rid of the unsightly arch gap, so i'm guessing between 45/65 is right? maybe 65 is too low?

i believe the S line has 18" wheels? so i need to take that into consideration with the drop.

Firstly, do a search.
Then decide whether you want coilovers or springs.
Then decide on your budget.
Then go and buy your chosen springs/coilovers from Damian at DPM.

Would highly recommend the Eibach pro street s from DPM. Got rid of my arch gap and it's OEM comfort!
