Pad priming

So whats the best technique seems there's a few conflicting ways

as with most things in detailing...there is no best IMO.

I do a few dots, and rub in with my finger, I find this produces less sling.

normally on a fresh pad I would apply 3 drops and then 1 squirt of detailing spray.

3 large pee sized blobs and then spot the panel with the loaded pad. As said before there is no correct way and if your method works then continue with it.
