Audi s line bang & oulfsen

Haveing a problem with the sound system in my car , it's got the bang & oulfsen system , When cd , or radio is activated there's no noise coming from the speakers , ,was working fine earlier today , can any one help me please

Try a reset maybe? Pess simultaneously for 1 second: Setup, rotary button & the top right button around the rotary button

Done reset twice , everything works , cd/ radio /sat nav /telephone , just no sound , forgot to say it's got mmi , was working fine this afternoon

Sounds like that. , I've checked amp,that's working

Have you tried removing the power from the AMP and the Radio module, my sound stopped on my 3G setup and got it back by unplug these modules for 10 seconds.

The radio and AMP should be on the left hand side of the boot.

The amps got power going to it , on the Mmi screen it usually comes up a volume knob on screen that turns when you turn the volume knob , that's not coming up anymore , I've booked it into blackburn audi , they said it might need a update
