Does anyone have any recent experience of VNS Media? I ordered one of their AMI 2G Music Interfaces a week ago now and have heard nothing from them. The kit was supposed to be dispatched within 48 hours but hasn't been and they've not responded to any emails or messages on their Facebook page. Starting to get a bit worried (fortunately used PayPal though so have protection) but wondered if anyone has had problems like this with them previously and how they got resolved.
