Have had the EML light come on recently and doesn't rev over 3k rpm was wondering if anybody in the area can help read error codes for me.

The car has been pretty much fine apart from recently the turbo pipe disconnected but we have fixed that back on, and the eml came on few days after that so don't know if it's related.

Sounds like limp mode. Which usually comes on to rescues risk of damage to turbo etc. Are you sure no other plugs were left off?
We are sure nothing else was left out.
But guess what.. We serviced the car (changed oil and all filters) and after we set off the light went away!
